Stica Coach · for coaches
Coaching happens in the room. Change happens after it.
Free while it is being tested, no card needed.
Stica Coach works in that gap. It writes the session up, raises a check-in with your client on a date you choose, and has their answer waiting for you before you next meet.
Free while it is being tested. No card, and no password: one link to your email signs you in and sets you up the first time.

What you get
You walk in already knowing where the friction is.
Your client's answers come back before the next session, in the order that matters. The hour then goes on the work instead of the recap.
Be in the conversation, not half in your notebook.
First
Anything overdue
Something they agreed to, with a date on it, and the date has gone by.
Then
Whatever they had not got to
Not a failure, and not a telling-off. It is the most useful thing you could open with.
Then
The thing you left open
The thread that got raised, went nowhere on the day, and is worth coming back to.
How it works
Four steps, and you hold the pen at every one

1
Hand it the transcript
Record the session with whatever you already use, then upload the text your recording app wrote, or paste it in. Stica does not read audio yet, and it says so rather than making a mess of it.

2
It writes up what happened
Particularly the four things that decide whether anything comes of the hour: what your client committed to, what the first small step is, when they are going to take it, and what got left open.
-
3
You edit it, in your own words
Change any of it, or all of it. Nothing reaches your client until you press release. It goes out under your name, so it should read like you.
-
4
The check-in goes out on your date
You pick when. Your client gets an email carrying a link and nothing else, opens their own page, and answers in one tap.
The deal
It is free while it is being tested, and that is the whole offer.
You use it on real clients. You tell me what is wrong with it. I fix it.
There is no price on this page because there is nothing to sell yet. What I need at this stage is coaches finding the holes, not customers.
Built by one person. What you tell me changes it.
