What we collect, what we do with it, and who to ask.

What we collect

When you fill in the brief form on the sample page, we receive your name, email address, organisation name (if you provide it), and your description of the change you want. The expandable section of the form lets you add more detail and upload files; all of that is optional.

If you upload files as part of your brief, we receive those files and store them as described below.

That is it. We do not use tracking pixels, third-party analytics scripts, or advertising networks on this site. There are no analytics cookies in this release.

What happens to your contact details

Your name and email are used to reply to you and to manage the sample request. We do not add you to a mailing list without asking. We do not sell, share, or pass on your contact details to anyone else.

If you want to be removed from our records entirely, send an email to mr.p8ttison@gmail.com and we will confirm deletion.

What happens to your source material

Your source material (documents, slides, transcripts, notes, or whatever you send) is used for one purpose: to build your plan.

When you upload files through the brief form, they travel over an encrypted connection (HTTPS) and are stored in our hosting account's storage (Vercel Blob). Each file sits at a long, unguessable address known only to us; it is not listed, linked or searchable anywhere. Files are deleted when the engagement ends, or sooner on request. If your material is too sensitive for that, tell us and we will agree a transfer route that suits you before you send anything.

Your material is not used as evidence for any claim Stica makes about its own capabilities. It is not used to train any AI model. It is not shared with anyone outside Stica. It is not retained as a reference document or a portfolio example.

If you want your material deleted after we deliver your plan, ask and it is gone. We will confirm deletion by email, normally within 48 hours of your request.

What happens to the brief

The completed brief is used to build and calibrate your module. It is retained only for the duration of the engagement and, if you become a client, for the duration of that client relationship. The same deletion request process applies.

Cookies

This site does not set any cookies in the current release. There is no cookie banner because there is nothing to consent to. If that changes in a future release, this page will be updated before the change goes live.

Analytics

No third-party analytics are active on this site in the current release. If analytics are added, they will be privacy-preserving (no personal identifiers, no cross-site tracking) and this page will be updated to say so.

Questions

If something on this page is unclear, or you want to know more about how a specific piece of information is handled, write to mr.p8ttison@gmail.com. We will reply.
