Get the transcript in
Standard: upload the transcript file (text, Markdown, VTT, SRT or JSON). Max: pick your session time in the app. It lands on both calendars with a Meet link, is recorded and transcribed automatically afterwards, no upload from you.

Stica reads it
Pulls out what was committed to, the themes that came up, and where the client hesitated or pushed back.

Three documents, drafted with AI
A takeaway for your client, your own private notes, and a factual summary, drafted from your transcript by Anthropic's Claude. Filled from what was said, and shaped by the notes you've given us on how you coach. A person starts each run today rather than it being queued automatically, which is why it takes a day or two.

You review and edit
Nothing reaches a client until you've read it and changed whatever needs changing. It's your name on it.

You send it, and the commitment starts
Your client sees the report and the commitment inside it. From here, Stica takes over between sessions. See below.

You set the commitment. Stica keeps it alive until you're back in the room.
The session is yours. What happens in the three or four weeks after it doesn't have to be.
Once you send a report on Standard or Max, we create your client's own Stica account, free. Automatic emails to clients aren't switched on yet, so for now, point them to it yourself and the practice below happens there.

Where your material goes
One straight answer, before you upload anything.
Your prep, transcripts, documents and reports sit under your own account. Your client sees only what you send them, and nothing goes to them until you have read it. They're stored on our hosting provider behind links that aren't guessable, not in a private vault, and we'll say so the day that changes. Nobody at Stica but Ian looks at your material.
Your transcript leaves your account, passes through our server, and goes to Anthropic's Claude to draft the report, then comes straight back. If you dictate elsewhere in the app, that audio goes to a speech-to-text provider (currently OpenAI) to turn it into text first. We train nothing on any of it and we sell none of it to anybody.
Email hello@stica.co.uk and we will close your account and stop using your material. One thing we cannot do yet: erase files you have already uploaded, transcripts included. We're building that, and until it's here we can't pass on a client's request to have their data deleted. So if you coach in a regulated setting, or your client might ask for their data back, talk to us before you upload anything. We do not have a formal data agreement to offer yet either.
On Max
We book and record the call through our own Google account, not yours, so it is us holding the recording and not you. Tell your client that before the first session.
