- Diagnose: a written brief on what's stopping the change, about a week
- Plan: the strategy and format, agreed with you on one page
- Build: the content or sessions, delivered with your team
£3,750 is the floor, for the smallest piece of work worth doing properly. Scope sets the final figure, agreed with you, not read off a table. Opens January 2027; nothing is invoiced before then.
