Not a topic, a behaviour: what should people be doing differently on the Monday after. Add anything you already have, policies, decks, recordings, and it reads those too.

A needs analysis: what is actually in the way, what the evidence says works for that, and what to build. You see this before anything is built, and it is the part most training skips.

A structured module that carries the diagnosis, the content itself, the practice that makes it stick, and how you would know it worked. Delivered as a document you can use as it is or hand to a designer.

Quizzes and knowledge checks, challenges, cheat sheets and quick references, manager briefs, communication plans, slide kits, train-the-trainer packs, visuals, short animations and video, and interactive pieces you can put on a page. None of these exist yet. When one lands it appears here, and not before.
The honest version
If you need a slide kit or an animation this quarter, Stica Craft cannot do it yet and we would rather tell you now than take your money. What it can do today is the thinking and the written material, which is the part most people get wrong anyway.
