Worth knowing before you buy
Five working days from confirmation, and if the plan misses your brief we build it again once. If your brief turns out to be outside what a Team Plan can do (delivery, an LMS build, ongoing coaching, or anything that plainly needs its own scoping call), we tell you within a working day and refund your £295 in full: no build, no charge. Want the whole thing run for you? That's consulting, from £3,750, booking from January 2027.

Where your material goes.
Your brief and your people's context are used to build your plan and nothing else. Only Ian looks at them; they sit behind an unguessable link on our hosting provider rather than a private vault, and we'll tell you the day that changes. They go to Anthropic's Claude to build the plan and come straight back. We train nothing on them and we sell them to nobody. Say the word and we delete all of it within seven days, the private page included. We do not have a formal data agreement to offer yet, so if your procurement team needs one, tell us before you buy.
