Five working days from the moment your brief is confirmed. One rebuild if it misses. If your brief isn't something a Team Plan can do, the £295 comes back in full.

From £3,750per engagement
Ian sits with your team, works out what's stopping the change, then builds the strategy and the content himself.
- A written brief on what's actually blocking it, about a week
- The strategy and the format, agreed with you on one page
- The content or the sessions, delivered with your team
Typically two to six weeks. £3,750 is the floor, for the smallest piece of work worth doing properly; scope sets the real figure and it is agreed with you. Opens January 2027, and nothing is invoiced before then.

If you can write the problem down in a paragraph, it's a Team Plan. If working out what the problem is would be half the job, it's consulting.
